This option enables you to use a custom css file for your template.

Select Alignment

Center - This option will align text to center.

Left - This option will align text to left.

Right - This option will align text to right.

Type numbers that you want to be populated by default (1,2,3) etc

Enter numbers you want to be populated.

Specify name of the checked checkbox image if you don’t want to use default one

This option allows you to change the images that is used do display a checked checkbox. In the example above we specified file name, if your image is in not in root folder then specify path along with image name.

Specify number of input boxes if you dont want to use default

This option allows you to set number of boxes you want to use.

Specify number of characters if you don’t want to use default one
